Yoga asana – Tadasana

Tadasana is also known as mountain pose and it is one of the best yoga asanas. Practicing this asana regularly every morning gives a good massage to our hands, back, spine and the whole body. This is the most recommended asana for increasing height as well.

How to Perform:

Steps
step 1:
Stand erect on the ground,with both feet parallel to each other.

step 2:With inhale, raise your arms upward by interlocking your fingers.

step 3:Try to come on the toes by raising your heels and feel the stretching from toes to fingers.

step 4:Maintain the pose as long as you can with slow and deep breathing.

step 5:Come to the original position with deep exhale.

Precautions:

Women during pregnancy should skip this Asana.
The patient of varicose vein should avoid it.
In case of dizziness, it is better not to perform this.
This Asana shouldn’t be held for a longer period who have headache, insomnia and low blood pressure.
Excess extension may cause knee problems.
