The Balasana is a resting pose useful to relieve neck, back and hip strain. While in the posture you should have slow are regulated breath; extended arms; resting hips and your forehead should be touching the mat. You can always return to this pose as at it is one of the most restorative and calming pose.
How to perform:
step 1:Start by kneeling on your knees
step 2:Bending forward, place your palms on the floor.
step 3:Rest your arm bending lower so as that your forehead touchs the floor(exhaling).
step 4:Allowing the fore head rest on the floor tie back both hands near the buttock.
step 5:Stay in this positions taking slow breaths.
Avoid this asana if you have a Knee or high blood pressure problem.
